All For American wants you to be satisfied with every purchase. In the event you are not, products may be eligible for return within thirty (30) days. All return requests must be emailed to hello@AllforAmerican.com. The return process may vary by vendor. Specific product return instructions will be provided by All For American via email.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Certain products, such as perishable goods, made to order or personalized items and sale items, may not be eligible for returns. Refer to the product page to determine if the product is eligible for a return. Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
Timeframe: Vendors accept returns for a minimum of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. Products purchased between November 1 and December 31 of each year are subject to an extended return period and may be returned until January 31 of the following year.
Return Process: To initiate a return, email hello@AllforAmerican.com. You will be asked to provide the necessary details, including your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the return.
Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to an error on our part, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Pack your product in the original shipping box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
Refunds: We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns for any reason. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Please note that shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. If a promotional discount was used, the dollar value of the discount was applied pro rata to each item in the order. If any item in that order is subsequently returned and the order no longer qualifies for the promotional threshold, the pro rata discount is forfeited.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned including perishable goods, made to order or personalized items and sale items. Please refer to the product page or contact hello@AllforAmerican.com for clarification.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support immediately at: hello@AllforAmerican.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
