After discovering chili crisp while visiting family in Australia, Alisha introduced Elizabeth to the condiment, and the two quickly fell in love with its flavor, texture, and versatility. Unable to find an option made with high-quality ingredients and healthy oils that still delivered delicious flavor and a satisfying crunch, they set out to create their own. The result was Ruby Crunch, a lighter, brighter, and cleaner take on chili crisp made with natural, wholesome ingredients.
